Mechanics:
Military and civilian photo enthusiasts are qualified to join the contest. Only one (1) photo entry per contestant. Photo Format: Full Colored or Black and White, Size: 8x10in (8R), Resolution: 300 Pixels Per Inch (PPI), File Type: JPEG. The concept should be wholesome and creative. Entries shoul not have been previously submitted or used in other competition or subject to copyright issues.
Deadline is on or before FEBRUARY 5, 2015.
